Attorney's office, Teresa Dresnick stated in an internet email that the decision
was made to charge the Seattle Seahawks' star running back for a

Lynch was weaving in and out of
traffic on the Interstate 880 in the Oakland, California area on this past Saturday
morning. That's exactly what caught
police's attention which immediately left to his arrest for an investigation
of a DUI. An incident report released by the California Highway Patrol
described Lynch driving a Red Ford Econoline van and having two near collisions
with two other vehicles driving in adjacent lanes.
The police pulled over Marshawn Lynch around 3:20 a.m. The police department
determined on Saturday in Emeryville and showed signs of
intoxication. Once again, he will have his court appearance on August 14, 2012.
