Klay Thompson Arrested for Marijuana Posession

Posted by Mitch Furman | Mar 21, 2011 | 0 Comments

On March 4, 2011, Mr. Thompson was arrested for Marijuana possession.

It posed a major threat to the Washington State Cougars, a.k.a. W.S.U. Thompson was allegedly pulled over for a "routine traffic stop" around 11 p.m. at night. Supposedly, he had a burnt out headlight. The officer on call reportedly smelled an odor of marijuana in the car. Klay denied having any in the car or having smoked any that evening.

The officer still claimed to having smelled the odor, and the officer proceeded with impounding the car and after having searched the car, the police found 1.95 grams of pot in the car.

After all the trauma that Thompson went through, Mr. Thompson was arrested for possession of MJ and was "Thought to be heading towards the 2011 NBA Draft," but it was just a sad situation for his teammates. The Cougars were definitely at a loss at losing a valuable teammate.

So, this does happen to everyone, and the best thing is to know that it happens to the best of all of us.

The most important thing is the best legal advice, Always.
